mSupply Expands Washington HVAC Distribution Facility

mSupply, a prominent distributor of HVAC, appliance, and plumbing products in North America, has expanded its operations with a move to a larger warehouse in Washington state.

This relocation to the Marcone Regional Distribution Center is strategically aimed at catering to increased demand across the West Coast.

The new facility, located at 3201 SE Columbia Way in Vancouver’s Columbia Business Center, is 128% larger than the previous location on SE Victory Ave, now boasting 80,000 square feet of space.

Enhanced Capacity and Features

The expansive Vancouver site features additional parking, 10 extra loading docks, and supports a broader inventory including new products and brands.

Designed with the needs of technicians in mind, the center offers an extensive selection of crucial repair parts.

Moreover, it provides a 24/7 locker system for secured pickup and return of parts, catering to customers who prefer convenient online ordering.

Product Diversity and Customer Service

Phil Mause, Chief Commercial Officer at mSupply, highlighted the benefits of the new space by stating, “We’re excited to have the extra space that allows us to better serve our customers in the Northwest.”

He adds, “With increased product diversity and faster fulfillment capabilities, we’re making sure customers can always access the parts they need – exactly when and where they need them.”

Expanding Distribution Network

The new Vancouver distribution center is part of mSupply’s extensive and growing network that now ensures next-day delivery to 93% of the U.S. population with flat-rate ground service.

This facility joins a network of 14 regional centers scattered across North America. Since 2024, mSupply has also established new regional distribution centers in locations, such as Denver, Colorado; Denton, Texas; and Calgary, Alberta.
