Lennox Feel The Love Program Gives 500+ Families and Nonprofits Free Heating and Cooling

This fall, more than 500 homeowners and nonprofit organizations across North America received brand-new heating and cooling systems at no cost through Lennox’s Feel The Love program. During Installation Week, held October 3–11, Lennox donated the equipment while local Lennox dealers volunteered their time and skills to install every system.
Who Receives a Feel The Love System?
Feel The Love focuses on people who consistently put others first and now need a helping hand. Recipients include families and individuals facing:
- Financial hardship
- Serious illness
- Challenges related to military service
- Other difficult life circumstances
Nonprofit organizations that serve their communities are also eligible. For many recipients, a reliable new system means one less thing to worry about as the colder months arrive.
Here in Central Florida, we know how much a working HVAC system matters, whether it’s a humid August afternoon or a surprise January cold snap. A failing system can strain a household’s budget and health at the same time, which is what makes programs like this so meaningful.
A Team Effort Between Lennox and Local Dealers
The program works because manufacturers and local contractors pull together. Sarah Martin, Executive Vice President and President of Lennox Home Comfort Solutions, credited Lennox’s dealer partners for giving their time and resources year after year so deserving homeowners and nonprofits can count on dependable heating and cooling.
Dealers who take part say the work hits close to home. Dean Burnside, General Manager of Burnside Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing, put it simply: helping neighbors in his own community gives them “one less thing to worry about this winter.”

More Than 3,600 Systems Since 2009
Feel The Love launched in 2009, and since then it has delivered more than 3,600 heating and cooling systems to households and organizations in the United States and parts of Canada. Each October, the program culminates in Installation Week, when Lennox teams up with installers and community members to put new systems in place.
Today the program is sponsored by the LII Lennox Foundation, founded in 2023. The Foundation supports charitable work focused on health, education and the environment through community grants, volunteer grants, matching donations and volunteer opportunities in the communities where Lennox employees live and work.
